Refund Policy

Pro and Max are paid for the chosen period: a week, 2 weeks or a month.

Payments are non-refundable, because access to the plan starts immediately.

The one exception: if you received no availability notifications at all during the paid period, we refund the payment in full. Email hello@instock.watch, message @brissik on Telegram or use the form on the site (instock.watch/request) within 14 days after the period ends and include your account email or Telegram.

Refunds go back the way you paid: card payments through Paddle, Telegram Stars as Stars.

You can cancel the monthly plan at any time: it will not renew, and access stays until the end of the paid period.
